How do I password protect my PowerPoint Presentations?

To add password protection to your PowerPoint Presentation, follow the steps outlined below.

1.    Go to “Office Button”   office, scroll down to “Prepare” and choose “Encrypt Document” in the submenu.

2.     You will get a dialog box that will prompt you to enter a password. Enter a password that you will remember and click “OK”

3.         You will be prompted to reenter the password. Confirm the password and click “OK”.

The next time you open the presentation, you will be prompted to enter the password. Remember, if you fail to provide the correct password, you won’t be able to access the file.
